Welcome!

Our Legends, or “GrandMasters” class schedule is posted below. We cater to ages 55 years old and up. But don’t be scared! Seriously, we are both experienced at this, and good at it!

We offer functional fitness classes with programming tailored to the “mature” athlete.

We are a small, service-based business with a small team of coaches. One week during the second quarter and one week during the fourth quarter of the year we may close the box – or not. As a very small business the ability for the owners to “take a break” is often impossible, but we find it imperative to keeping us fresh for you! This will always be done with ample notice and also with the option of prorated dues. We will offer home-based programming for that week.

Our athletes are scheduled into specific classes and some classes are currently capped. Please contact us if you are interested in joining. We are by appointment only – please, no drop ins.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons and evenings are group classes, and Tuesdays and Thursdays are by appointment only business hours for private training, nutritional coaching, and rehab sessions.

Open Gym, by contract only, is available MWF 11am to 1pm, and T/Th from 7am to 1pm with the exception of during three class times: Tuesday 9:30a-10:30a and Thursday 8-9am, 9-10a.

Events

JANUARY

We try to get our sh#t together after the holidays!

FEBRUARY

We will participate in the CrossFit Open for three weeks through February and March.

MARCH

We will participate in the CrossFit Open for three weeks through February and March.

APRIL

National Pediatric Cancer Month – We work out and raise money for Theo,  the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation and Gym operations ( so we can keep doing this!)

MAY

We do Memorial Day Murph

We do Rhonda’s Burpee Challenge, to raise money for colon cancer awareness and research, with CrossFit Hydro in Omaha, Nebraska

JUNE, JULY

It’s so freaking hot, we cool our jets with workout events and just try to manage the heat for a couple of months.

AUGUST

31 Heroes Workout

We watch the CrossFit Games!

SEPTEMBER

OCTOBER

We do Barbells for Boobs, a workout event to raise awarenss for local breast cancer screenings and awareness of the importance of screening mammograms and early detection. Read about this year’s event here.

Sometimes we also do Theo’s WOD and bring awareness to the work of the National Pediatric Cancer Society.

NOVEMBER

Veterans’ Day, we do Chad 1000x, a workout to raise awareness for veteran suicide, and honor Chad Wilkinson, a fallen Navy Seal.

DECEMBER

GMRX Holiday Party

Saturday, October 28th, 2023 Team Theo Fundraiser for the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation. It was epic! And you know how you have that ONE event..that one party, that you’ll never top? Well, 2034 was it. Stay tuned for the future.
